We'll provide the tools, expert mentors, and a room full of Web3 wizards: you craft the future of decentralized tech. Most of your weekend will be spent building, coding, and innovating. We'll be here to support, not to interfere with your creative flow.

Showcase your Web3 Marvel

As the hackathon winds down, you'll have the chance to present your creation to the community and compete for over $25k worth of prizes! Polish your dApp, smart contract, or blockchain solution, and prepare to wow the judges.

FAQ

What is a hackathon?

A hackathon is an exhilarating event where innovators come together to design and build creative solutions to interesting problems in a short timeframe. In our Web3 Hackathon, you'll have 48 hours to transform your ideas into working prototypes, with breaks for sleep and relaxation, of course!

How are teams formed?

We strongly encourage working in teams - it's more fun and productive! Don't have one? No sweat. You'll have a chance to mingle with fellow hackers in discord or join our Friday night mixer to find your crew. Already have a squad? Bring 'em along (just make sure they register and get accepted too).

What can I build?

Anything Web3-related that aligns with our mystery themes, which will be announced on day 1! This could include DApps, smart contracts, NFT platforms - if it's decentralized and innovative, we're excited to see it!

Who can Participate?

We welcome a diverse group of participants - Students & professionals of all skill levels from a variety of backgrounds including Front & backend developers, Data Analytics, UX/UI Designers, Business and Web3 curious & newbies alike!

How will i know if I'm accepted?

If accepted, you'll receive an email notification and an invitation to our Discord channel. This is where team formation will happen, and we'll share resources and important information about the hackathon weekend.

What should I expect from the weekend?

You'll form teams, choose a project idea, and spend the weekend bringing it to life. We'll provide "Diversifiers" – themes and suggestions to spark your creativity. We'll also be providing some catering, as coding on an empty stomach is no fun!

Are there limits to team size?

While there's no strict limit, we recommend keeping teams between 2-6 people for optimal collaboration and efficiency. Smaller teams can move quickly, while larger teams can tackle more complex projects with good organization.

Is the event competitive?

While we have prizes and pathways for potential investment, the focus is on creativity and learning rather than competition. We encourage you to be ambitious and take risks with your projects. Remember, it's only 48 hours – there's more to gain from trying something innovative than from playing it safe!
